Refund Policy

If a purchase does not work as expected, contact support@aitalkingvideogenerator.lol within 14 days of the charge to request a refund.

Include the account email and the Stripe receipt or payment reference so we can locate the payment.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe and may take 5-10 business days to appear.

Subscriptions cancelled mid-period remain active until the end of the paid period unless a refund is approved.
